Who we are
This website belongs to Terra Stones, 1-8-92, Street no. 10, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad 500020, Telangana, India. For any question about your information, write to terrastonesforlife@gmail.com.
What we keep
When you send an enquiry, we keep what you type in the form (your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, where your project is and what it needs) and the stones you picked, with the date. We ask for nothing else.
Why we keep it
Only to reply to you, talk about your project and prepare a quotation. We do not sell it, share it for advertising or send you marketing.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in this website's database and sent to the Terra Stones team by email. The database, the email service and the picture storage are run for us by service providers, and some of the information is kept outside India.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept for 24 months after it arrives, and then deleted.
WhatsApp and email buttons
If you use them, the message is sent by your own app, under WhatsApp's or your email provider's own privacy rules. This website does not see or keep that message.
Your shortlist
The stones you save are kept in this browser only. They do not leave your device until you send an enquiry. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no advertising cookies and no visitor tracking. If visitor statistics are added later, they will be switched on only after you agree.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by writing to terrastonesforlife@gmail.com.
